Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Engineer to manage and improve manufacturing processes, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing operations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are met within quality and time standards
- Monitor manufacturing processes and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with quality, design, and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling
- Knowledge of metalworking machines and production methods
- Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions
